By booking with Champasar Heritage, you agree to follow the terms mentioned below.

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be confirmed with valid contact details and 50% advance payment.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may incur extra charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 3 days before check-in are eligible for a refund; otherwise, charges may apply.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow property rules during their stay.

5. Damage and Liability

Guests will be responsible for any damage caused to the property or items during their stay.

6. Use of Property

The property is for personal, non-commercial use only unless prior permission is granted.

7. Privacy

All personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy and not shared without consent.
